“Upon review of staff qualifications it was identified thta Staff A had not met qualification requirements as outlined by this rule, within one (1) year of their employment. Corrective Action: Immediately work with Staff A to develop a plan for them to become qualified. In the corrective action email include details of the plan, to include a comprehensive timeline to completion.”
