Regulation 7.4.4: All staff shall complete fifteen (15) clock hours of annual professional development activities as required in the rule 7.4.2 of these regulations. Substitutes filling a staff position for less than thirty (30) consecutive days within a 365 day period shall be exempt.
“A review of the staff's BFIS Quality and Credential account, and a review of the staff files, and verbal confirmation was determined that two (2) staff members were missing the required fifteen (15) hours of professional development. Staff A was missing five (5) hours of professional development between 9/11/2024 to 9/11/2025 and staff B was missing ten (10) hours of professional development between 8/14/2024 to 8/14/2025. Corrective Action: By 10/10/2025, have the two (2) staff members complete their missing professional development hours as stated. These training hours will not count toward their required fifteen (15) training hours, for staff A, 9/11/2026 and staff B, 8/14/2026. Submit confirmation of completion to this Licensor.”
