Evidence: 1. The record of staff #3 (employment date: 7/21/2020) did not have documentation of out of state sex offender registry check results and a child abuse and neglect search request. 2. The record of staff #1 indicated that the staff member has lived outside of Virginia within the last 5 years. 3. Staff #3 stated that they have lived outside of Virginia about 3.5 years ago.”
