      22VAC40-185-270-A

“Based on observation, it was determined that areas and equipment of the center, inside, have not been maintained in a safe condition. Evidence: 1. Inspector observed two rooms that have been partially renovated. In one room, the Inspector found the frame around one exit door does not have floor molding which exposes splintered/cracked cement pieces. 2. In the second room which was occupied with children, the Inspector observed all the window blind's cords were looped and not secured up on a hook. The loops pose a hazard to a child if any of the loops becomes wrapped around a child.”
