This fire extinguisher shall be maintained in operating condition. It shall bear an official tag, properly signed, attesting to current operating condition.
“The fire extinguisher had an official tag stating the last date of inspection was 8/2024. The provider went and purchased a new fire extinguisher the night of this licensing visit. Corrective Action: By 6/15/2026, tape the receipt to the fire extinguisher and submit confirmation with the plan for remembering the date of when the fire extinguisher will be inspected and tagged yearly.”
