Evacuation records shall be kept for two (2) years.
“There was no evacuation drill logged for February 2026. The provider stated a evacuation drill was not completed that month. Corrective Action: Complete two (2) evacuation drills in March 2026. Document the drills and send a copy of the documentation to the licensor by 3/31/2026”
