Documentation, verification of qualifications, and all annual professional development activities as specified in the rules sections 7.3 and 7.4 of these regulations shall be submitted to NLCDC to be verified and maintained in BFIS.
“A review of BFIS Quality and Credential Accounts and a conversation with the Provider confirms that education documents, CPR and First Aid certificate, and Protecting Vermont's Children: Reporting Abuse & Neglect training have not been sent to Northern Lights at CCV to be entered into BFIS Quality and Credential Accounts as required for all staff. Corrective Action: Submit qualification documentation and certificates of completed required trainings to Northern Lights at CCV for entrance into BFIS as required.”
