      “Licensing Specialist observed mouthwash, toothpaste, hair products, etc on the bathroom sink counter and the cabinet and drawers were unlatched. Please relocate all the potentially hazardous items to an inaccessible area and latch the cabinets and drawers. Please send a photo to the LS. Provider stated none of the children use the bathroom, as all are still in diapers.”
