“During a review of children's files, no evidence was found of a one year 4 month old girl receiving any blood lead test. One is required at 12 months and at 24 months of age with the tests results being placed in the child's day care file. During the inspection, the Provider contacted the child's mother and informed her of the need for her child to have blood lead testing and asked her to provide the test results or schedule an appointment for testing. Please provide a copy of the blood lead test results to OCC for the correction of this non-compliance.”
