“Evacuation drills have not been recorded since provider reopened on June 1st 2020 after being closed March 18th, 2020 through May 31st 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Provider stated she conducts evacuation drills each month, but has not recorded them as required. Corrective Action: Beginning November 1, 2020 record all evacuation drills as they are conducted. By November 12th, 2020 submit an improvement plan on how the program will ensure evacuation drills are recorded on a monthly basis as each drill is conducted.”
