      “Based on record review and interview, the center failed to establish and implement a procedure in which a daily health screening and exclusion of sick children by a person trained to perform such a screening is conducted daily. Evidence: 1. Per the parent handbook the center has a written procedure to conduct daily health screenings upon children's arrival in the morning. 2. The director states they do conduct the daily health check every morning but she was unaware staff that conducted the screening needed to be trained. There are no trained staff.”
