“The inspection tag for the fire extinguisher within the program space has a last inspection date of March 2023. The extinguisher needed to be re-inspected no later than March 2024. Corrective Action: Ensure fire extinguishers are inspected yearly as required. The program sent a photograph of the updated inspection tag of 04/07/2025.”

Corrective Action: As reviewed during the visit, children are to wash their hands directly before sitting for meals or snacks. Review and revised program practices for transitioning to meals to ensure compliance to this rule is met each time. Review program practices changes with all staff and volunteers.”
