On the toddler playground, the pea gravel measured two inches around the plastic climber. 2. On the preschool playground, the pea gravel measured less than one inch by the steps to the large climber, less than two inches by the blue slide and two inches by the small climber. 3. The pea gravel did not meet the minimum safety standard of six inches in depth.”
