During observation on March 7, 2023, Staff#1 (date of hire: 03/06/23) was one of three staff observed in the Twos classroom supervising children in care. 2. In Staff#1's record (date of hire: 03/06/23), there was no documentation found for review. 3. Interview with staff confirmed the health report documentation was not available for review during the inspection.”
