“Household Member A does not have a Record Check Authorization and Fingerprint completed by his 18th birthday, 07/12/2025. Guidance for this rule pertaining to Eli Allbee was communicated to the FCCP by letter dated 3/1/2024. Corrective Action: Immediately submit a new Record Check Authorization Form for Household Member A. Send this licensor a receipt or tracking number upon completion of fingerprinting. Develop a Tracking system for Record Check and Fingerprinting requirement dates for all household members and staff. Send this licensor a description of the Tracking system created and when it was implemented.”
