“A review of the provider's BFIS Quality and Credential account, a review of the provider's documentation, and review from Northern Lights, it was determined that the provider was missing six (6) hours of professional development between 3/23/25 to 3/25/26. The provider enrolled in a college course that was not completed as of this licensing visit. The 15 hours of professional development was due 3/25/26. The college course can count for professional development once completed and entered into the provider's BFIS Quality and Credential account. Corrective Action: By 8/31/2026, complete the missing six (6) hours of professional development and confirm compliance by notifying this Licensor that the training certificates have been sent to Northern Lights at CCV. Status: Appeal Period.”
