Regulation 7.2.4: The licensee shall ensure that no person shall be left alone with children without approval from the Division which shall be based on the results of the background check to include fingerprinting.
“A staff member was asked to bring three (3) children outside to the playground alone during this licensing visit. This staff member had not completed the fingerprint process for the Child Development Division which includes results. The fingerprint letter was issued on 3/8/2023. Corrective Action: Immediately do not leave staff alone with children until they complete the fingerprinting process which includes results. Submit a confirmation to this Licensor when the staff completes the fingerprinting process.”
