There are latches on both doors, but neither latch was working and the latch that goes through the cabinet handles was undone. There is dishwashing detergent in the cabinet. Provider relatched the cabinet while LS was present and this is corrected.”

“Licensing Specialist observed Windex and dishwasher liquid accessible under the kitchen sink cabinet, which was not latched during inspection. LS observed body spray and hand cream on the bathroom counter. LS observed body spray and rubbing alcohol spray on the second kitchen handwashing sink. LS observed Lysol wipes, bleach water and diaper creams that could be accessible to children on the shelf above the diapering area. Provider should relocate all of these items to areas that are inaccessible to children. Please send photos and a written plan of correction to LS.”
