Provider stated she will complete the 2025 BHS update training to get the last 2 hours. Once this is completed, please send certificate to LS. For 2024-2025, provider should complete 12 hours of continued training no later than 12-31-25. Please send certificates to LS once completed. Provider completed the two hour 2025 BHS update training while LS was present at the home and a copy of the certificate was given to the LS.”
