Regulation 3.3.3: The FCCP shall establish a system for taking attendance, including documentation of the time when each child arrives and departs each day he/she attends the FCCH. The FCCP shall save all daily attendance records identifying the hours of children s attendance for at least twelve (12) months from the date that care is provided.
“Upon arrival, four (4) children were in care with only three (3) signed in. After review of attendance from 09/22/2021-10/26/2021 there were fifteen (15) times a child was either not signed in or signed out. Corrective Action: Develop a system to ensure all children's arrival and departure times are reflected on the attendance sheet.”
