“Staff in the Rainbow room have been washing children's plates and utensils in the handwashing sink. This is not an approved sink for dishwashing. This was discussed with one lead teacher, who expressed understanding that dishwashing could not be done in the room. The Director relayed the proper dishwashing procedure to the Licensing Specialist and both Director and Assistant Director expressed understanding of how any dishwashing in the center should occur going forward. Corrected verbally during inspection.”
