“There is one child who has an epi pen and Benadryl for an allergy. The epi pens and the Benadryl are not in their containers. The child has a pouch that the parent put the epi pens in and some tablets of Benadryl. Center needs to have the parents bring the medication in the original container so as to be labelled with the child's name and the expiration date of the medications.”

“This program operates only when school is closed during the school year. They are open some odd days here and there and then the Christmas and Easter breaks. The center stated that they didn't do any fire or disaster drills last year (first year of new operating schedule). However the program did do a fire drill today. Center states it is implementing a plan to do a fire drill each time the program is open and will do the disaster practices during the Christmas and Easter breaks when the program is open for a week.”
