“There were 5 infants in Room #5 - infant room. This room is only approved for 3 infants due to space and cribs. The center enrolled the infants as children were going to transition to new rooms but 2 staff persons have left employment. This was corrected on site as 2 of the infants were moved to the toddler room and then one of the toddlers was moved to the two year old room. The staffing on site was appropriate to move the children. Before the inspection was over, all classroom capacities and staffing were within compliance. The center is going to submit staffing patterns to show that the current staffing will allow for the number of children enrolled.”
