      Regulation 3.4.3: A system for taking attendance, including documentation of the time when each child arrives and departs each day he/she attends the CBCCPP, shall be established. The licensee shall save all daily attendance records identifying the hours of children's attendance for at least twelve (12) months from the date that care is provided.

      “At arrival at the program at approximately 9:05AM, there were 5 children present and only two children signed in on the attendance sheet. At 10:30AM, the same 5 children were still present and the attendance only reflected two children being present at the program. It is required for attendance to accurately reflect the number of children at the program at any given time. Corrective Action: Effective immediately, ensure that the attendance accurately reflects the number of children present at the program. By 6/20/2019, develop a plan to ensure the system of taking attendance will be completed each day and will accurately reflect the time children arrive and depart from the program. Send the plan to this licensor.”
