“At the time of inspection on 8/5/2025, Certification Representative observed the wood structure in one of the outdoor play spaces had nails that were popping out, the wood was aging and had many splits that pose a risk for splinters. It was also noted that the barrier around the play space was removed leaving a drop/gap between the fence and the playground surface causing a hazard.”
