“The provider was approved for a total capacity of 6 children due to having two resident children under age 6. The resident children turned 6 years old in November of 2025, however, the provider did not request a capacity change and has 7 children enrolled at this time. One of the enrolled children was a drop-in before the resident children turned 6 years old. Now that the resident children are 6 years old the child who was a drop-in is full time. The provider was not aware that she needed to request a capacity change before accepting more daycare children once her resident children turned 6 years old. Regulation discussed with the provider.”
