“LS conducted a complaint inspection in which the program director self reported that a child was left in a classroom unattended. An aide was transferring children to the Tiger room and then left the classroom to go to another room, she failed to do her name to face check and a child was left in the classroom for approximately 15 seconds. Program management immediately did a staff training with all Aides in the building at the time of the incident,. The staff person involved in the incident was terminated.”
