“At the time of this inspection the facility has all epi pens in a drawer in the office. These are not readily available if a child in the classroom should they require these life saving medications. The LS discussed this with the facility. The facility is to submit evidence of the life saving medications being as close to the child as possible at all times, while ensuring the medication is still inaccessible to children.”
