“During the inspection, there was no evidence that the Provider's emergency disaster plan has been reviewed and updated since its creation. The written emergency disaster plan must be updated, at least annually. During the inspection, the Provider reviewed her emergency disaster plan for accuracy, initialed and dated it. Therefore, this non-compliance was corrected on-site. Please continue to review your emergency disaster plan on an annual basis, date and initial it to indicate the review.”

“The Provider's First Aid and CPR certification expired in 10/2023. The Provider did not get recertified in First Aid and CPR until 12/2023. There cannot be any lapse in this certification. Since the Provider is now current in First Aid and CPR, this non-compliance is already corrected.”

“Two of the drawers in the kitchen contain hazardous items that were not secured. Provider has plastic latches on both drawers, but at the time of the inspection, they were not keeping the drawer from being opened. During the inspection, the Provider adjusted the latches. They now are in proper working order. Therefore, this non-compliance was corrected on-site.”
