“Findings: Based on Compliance Officer #1's observations, the following hazards were accessible to the enrolled children: OUTDOOR BACKYARD: 1) There was rust along the bottom of the fence; 2) There was one broom, one mop and one yellow bucket by the hot water heater.”

AAC R9-3-505.D.6. D. A certificate holder shall ensure that: 6. Flammable liquids are stored: a. In an original container; b. Separate from food storage areas; c. Away from any heat-producing appliance or equipment, such as a water heater or furnace; and d. Except for hand sanitizers being provided for use, in a location inaccessible to enrolled children;
