Staff #1 did not have the results of a criminal check, sex offender check and a child abuse and neglect search for one state and did not have the sex offender check and child abuse and neglect search for another state . 2. Staff #7, who has been working for more than 5 months, did not have the results of a sex offender check and a child abuse and neglect search for one state where they had lived in the last five years. 3. Staff #9, who has been working for more than 5 months, did not have the results of a sex offender check and a child abuse and neglect search for one state where they had lived in the last five years.”
