“There is a sandbox filled with rainwater. The water must be dumped out and the sandbox either needs covered or stood up so rainwater does not accumulate in the container. As a reminder, the climbing structures need to be moved to the grass when being used and the gates must be in place during outdoor play at the bottom of the deck steps and top of the basement stairs.”
