“The Licensing Specialist noted that a preschool aide who is also an extended care staff person was working in the K3 classroom and had not been fully cleared by the OCC due to a pending Release of Information form. Per the Licensing Specialist's request, the Early Education Principal/Director instructed the aide to leave the premises and told her that she may return once she is fully cleared by the OCC. Additionally, 2 staff members have been assisting with the extended care program since the beginning of the school year and they had not been fully cleared by the OCC due to pending Release of Information forms and criminal background checks.
