Corrective Action: Submit a plan on how all missing documents will be sent to Northern Lights at CCV to be entered into BFIS Quality and Credential accounts. Send confirmation to this licensor when missing items are submitted. Status: Appeal Period.”

Corrective Action: As discussed, ensure that any staff who is left alone with children have fingerprint clearance approval. When staff are with assigned groups with others, ensure that staff with fingerprint clearance approval are working with staff who have not yet received approval. Submit an email confirming how systems will be put in place and staff trained to ensure that no one without fingerprint clearance is left alone with children.”
