“There was Tylenol observed in the hall bathroom upstairs, Lysol on the basement kitchen counter within reach of children, Lysol Wipes in the bathroom just off the main kitchen, the main kitchen and the basement kitchen's safety latch was not fastened on the cabinet under the sink and there were potential hazards. All the items were placed out of reach and the latches were fastened during the inspection.”
