416.14(i) For the thirty (30) hours of training that must be received every two years after the first period of licensure, any provider or assistant who can demonstrate to the Office basic competency in a particular topic may determine in which of the specified topics he or she needs further study. The Office may also exempt any provider or assistant from participating in training on a particular topic upon demonstration of substantially equivalent knowledge or experience related to that topic. All persons with such exemptions must still complete a minimum of thirty (30) hours of training during each two-year period, and a minimum of 5 hours of training each year. (not corrected)

416.3(h) Peeling or damaged paint or plaster must be repaired.

416.15(c)(6) The program must maintain on file at the group family day care home, available for inspection children's individual health care plans; parental consents for emergency medical treatment; child's medical statement, immunizations, and any available results of lead screening for children not yet enrolled in kindergarten or a higher grade only; the name and dosage of any medications used by a child, the frequency of administration of such medications, and a record of their administration by caregivers; daily health check documentation; a record of illnesses and injuries occurring while in care; and any indicators of child abuse or maltreatment;

416.15(c)(5) The program must maintain on file at the group family day care home, available for inspection daily attendance records that are filled out at the time a child arrives and departs, and must include arrival and departure times;

416.7(v) Television and other electronic visual media must be turned off when not part of a planned developmentally appropriate program activity.

416.4(b)(1) Evacuation drills must be conducted at least monthly during the hours of operation of the group family day care home.
