“Based on Parkville's policy if a child has a bowel movement they have to try and change themself and a parent is called to come and assist the child. This is not a best practice, a child shouldn't have to wait for a parent to come to the center to be changed. The Program will update their potty training policy in Parkville's handbook adding that the child will be changed in the event of a bowel movement to correct this non-compliance.”
