“A review of evacuation drill logs found that drills were documented in January, February, March, April and October 2022, and in January 2023. No drills were documented for May, June, July, August, September, November or December 2022, nor for February 2023. Staff A stated that drills have been happening, but not documented. Corrective Action: Ensure that at least one evacuation drill is completed each month, and all required information is documented. Send documentation for drills in March, April and May to sarah.crosier@vermont.gov. Develop a plan to ensure that documentation is completed each month moving forward.”
