“Medication was on site for 3 children. One child had a current and up to date script. Two children had documentation and/or medication that was out of date. One parent was present and explained that they have tried to get an updated device and has been unable to do so. Another parent had them at home and had not sent them in. Corrective Action: Ensure that all medication contains current, unexpired prescription labels. Send photos of new medications and labels to sarah.crosier@vermont.gov once they are received.”
