Staff #2 did not have documentation of obtaining fingerprints prior to beginning to work with children. 3. Staff #2 did have documentation of a fingerprint however, the correct vendor/procedures were not used. 4. The Administrator confirmed fingerprints for Staff #2 were not obtained through using the correct procedures.”
