“One staff member had not submitted a new RCA or renewed fingerprints at the required 5 year renewal time. Corrective Action: Immediately submit a new RCA and submit for updated fingerprinting as soon as possible. Review system for ensuring that this requirement is met. Status: Appeal Period.”

Documentation, verification of qualifications, and all annual professional development activities as specified in the rules in sections 7.3 and 7.4 of these regulations shall be submitted to Northern Lights at CCV to be verified and maintained in BFIS.

Corrective Action: Ensure that all staff submit their education and training documentation to Northern Lights for entry into their BFIS accounts. Email sarah.crosier@vermont.gov when all documentation has been sent to Northern Lights.”
