“Upon inspection of the outdoor activity area, the Licensing Specialist noticed that 1 of the 3 stepping climbers needs to be repaired as the top part of the stepping climber was positioned on top of a cone which made it unusable and off limits to the children. Please forward a photo to the OCC displaying that the stepping climber has been repaired. The Licensing Specialist recommended that the mulch underneath the swings and at the base of all 4 slides be replenished to ensure the safety of the child care children.”
