“Provider didn't have a fire drill for May 2026 and couldn't locate her October - December 2025 list. She was able to show that she has done a disaster practice in April 2026. Provider is reminded that she needs to do a fire drill each month and practice the disaster plan twice a year. Provider needs to send a copy of doing a fire drill and disaster practice when she starts care again in August.”
