Regulation 7.4.4: All staff, with the exception of substitutes, shall complete fifteen (15) clock hours of annual professional development activities as required in the rule 7.4.2 of these regulations.
“Michele is required to complete 15 hours of professional delopment training over the course a year which starts in the month her license was issued. During the period from March of 2022-March of 2023, Michele completed 2 hours of professional development. This does not meet regulatory requirements. Corrective Action: Michele must complete the missing 13 hours of professional development training by 12/28/2023. Michele must also ensure that she completes the 15 hours of training for the period March 2023-March 2024. As trainings are completed please send them to Northern Lights at CCV and include this licensor on the email.”
