Regulation 7.2.2: The licensee shall ensure that all new staff and auxiliary staff, prior to working with children in the CBCCPP; and any new individual designated as the representative of the licensee shall submit a Records Check Authorization form to the Division and shall submit to fingerprinting at a location designated by the Division after having received the Fingerprinting Authorization Certificate by the Division.
“A substitute who's first day working in the program was 5/25/22, was issued a Fingerprint Authorization Certificate in March 2021 and has not complied with the fingerprint supported clearance as required. Corrective Action: Identified staff is to immediately comply with the fingerprint supported clearance as required.”

Documentation, verification of qualifications, and all annual professional development activities as specified in the rules in sections 7.3 and 7.4 of these regulations shall be submitted to Northern Lights at CCV to be verified and maintained in BFIS.
“The program's BFIS account was reviewed and revealed that there are staff who have been employed for more than 6 months and do not have the required documentation in their quality and credential account. Staff A,B,C,D and E are missing verification of education completed. Staff C is are missing mandated reporting documentation. Corrective Action: Please send appropriate transcripts or diplomas for listed staff members. Submit mandated reporter certificate for staff member listed. Follow up with this licensor the understanding that all staff must have a complete quality and credential account that reflects that they qualifiy for the position held at the program within 6 months of hire.”
