It was also noted that a 6 year old boy needs another MMR vaccination and another Varicella vaccination according to the Age-Appropriate Vaccination Requirement for Children Enrolled in Childcare Programs. Please notify the respective parents of the needed immunizations so that they may arrange vaccinations for their child or obtain current vaccination records. Please send a copy of the vaccination records to OCC for these identified children for the correction of this non-compliance.”

Please send a picture to OCC showing the snuggly fitting sheets for the correction of this non-compliance.”
