      AAC R9-5-301.D. D. A licensee shall ensure that the following individuals are allowed immediate access to facility premises during hours of operation: 1. A parent of an enrolled child or an individual designated in writing by the parent of an enrolled child; or 2. A representative of: a. The Department, b. The local health department, c. Arizona Department of Child Safety, or d. The local fire department or State Fire Marshal.

      “The Compliance Officer attempted to conduct a Compliance inspection on 2/29/24 at 9:45 a.m., there was no answer. The CO called the facility phone number and there was no answer, a message was left. The CO went to the church office that the childcare is housed in and the staff called the Licensee and left a message. The Licensee left a message later that day and reported that she is typically open, however went out of town and failed to notify the Department.”
