The 16-month-old does not attend on a regular basis and is only in care one day this week. The provider and licensing specialist discussed that she must make a plan so that only 2 children under the age of two will be present any given day until the one child turns two in the beginning of December. She said one child will be on vacation for an upcoming week and the infant only attends on a part-time basis. The provider will ensure that after today no more than 2 children under the age of two are present in care. Please submit a written plan showing how the children will share the 2 slots for infant care.”
