Facility is reminded that diaper changing stations are not to be as storage and is for the sole purpose of changing diapers. Facility is asked to submit photographic evidence of changing table cleared off.”

“Licensing Specialist observed a mixed age group of toddlers (18-2 yrs) with two staff who had not been reported to the office of child care. Staff roles have not been evaluated or approved. Facility is reminded that only approved qualified staff may be left in charge of a group of children. Facility is asked to submit all qualifying documents for the staff members for evaluation.”
