“Findings: Based on the Compliance Officer's and Compliance Officer Supervisor's observations, the caulking around the toilets was ripped and tearing away in the following areas: *Girls' first floor hallway toilet room: the second and fourth toilets from the entrance. *Boys' first floor hallway toilet room: Both toilets. *Girls' second floor hallway toilet room: the first toilet from the entrance. Additionally, in the Boys' second floor hallway toilet room, there was a yellow substance in the toilet bowl.”
